Coaching Appointments are available Mondays 5pm – 7pm. Tuesdays 5pm – 8pm. Fridays 3pm – 8pm. Saturdays 1pm – 5pm

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. I have never done coaching before. What should I expect?
First, you will find a time that works within your schedule. We offer flexible daytime, evening and weekend hours to meet everyone’s needs.
Then, we will ask you to fill out some forms that allow us to move forward and provide us with some initial information about you.
Then, we will meet for your free 15-minute consult to determine what services you require and if we are a good match.
If so, we will meet and begin helping you to achieve the goals you have set for yourself, using a variety of tools developed to move you forward.
2. Is online coaching effective?
Not only is online coaching effective, but it is also convenient. Online coaching offers unparalleled confidentiality, easy access, and no travel or waiting rooms.
3. Is it anonymous?
Is online coaching anonymous? No, it’s not. However, it is completed face-to-face virtually, ensuring a personal and confidential experience. Your privacy is of the utmost importance, and all discussions during our sessions are strictly confidential.

5. How long will I need coaching?
Some people choose coaching to work on one issue and then stop until they feel they require it again.
Others attend coaching for a set amount of time, take a pause then resume if they think they need further support.
Some come to manage issues and then stay to gain or maintain new skills.

7. What are your fees?
Individual coaching fees are $110 per 40-minute session.
Couples coaching is $125 per 40-minute session.
Family coaching is $140 per 40-minute session.
Public Speaking and Group Facilitation rates are subject to multiple variables including duration, logistics, etc. For these rates please contact us with details of your requirements and we will be happy to provide you with a quote.
We also offer several sliding-scale bookings filled on a needs and income-based criteria to ensure equity for those with financial constraints.
